What We Do.
In our research, we've discovered that individuals facing mental health challenges often respond best to methods that are affordable, accessible, and allow for self-practice between sessions. At Innerbloom Gardening Therapy, we address this need by offering natural methods to calm the mind and alleviate the burdensome background noise of daily life.
Through gardening therapy, we provide an ethical alternative for those who may not respond to traditional therapy and counselling. With each seed planted and each moment spent in our nurturing space, we strive to cultivate a sense of peace, purpose, and wellbeing for all who seek solace amidst life's challenges.

'Grow Community' Program

The 'Grow Community' Program, based at Camperdown Community House, is a welcoming group where people of all gardening experience share in growing produce and exchanging harvests, seeds, and stories.
We focus on simple, sustainable joy - connecting with nature, enjoying morning tea under the golden ash tree, and learning together. Everyone is welcome, all activities are free, and materials are provided.
The Grow Community Program runs during the school terms every Tuesday from 10am till 12pm.

Companionship Gardening
Growing together, one garden at a time.

Companionship gardening is about more than just pulling weeds or planting flowers - it's about connection. Whether it's a friendly chat while watering plants, sharing gardening tips, or simply spending time together outdoors, these sessions offer gentle support, a listening ear, and a shared sense of purpose.

Ideal for older adults, people living alone, or anyone who enjoys the garden but doesn’t want to do it alone.
We work side-by-side, at your pace, in your own space or at the community garden - tending both the plants and the soul.
Flower Essence Therapy
Gentle support for emotional wellbeing
Flower essences are a natural, vibrational remedy that support emotional balance and inner clarity. They’re made from the energetic imprint of flowers and can help with things like anxiety, stress, low confidence, grief, or feeling stuck.

In a session, we’ll talk about what’s going on for you, and I’ll create a personalised blend to gently support how you’re feeling. Flower essences work subtly but deeply - helping you feel more grounded, centred, and connected to yourself.

Safe, non-invasive, and suitable for all ages.

Nature Walks with Innerbloom
Let nature guide you back to stillness

Our nature walks are slow, mindful experiences designed to help you breathe deeper, feel calmer, and reconnect with nature and with yourself. There's no rush and no pressure. We walk gently in woods, alongside streams and green spaces.
Our focus is on slowing down, noticing the little things, and being present in nature. Whether it’s the sound of rustling leaves, the smell of the trees and flowers or the feel of moss, these walks are a simple way to relax, clear your head and feel connected. Nature walks promote calm, clarity and connection.

Suitable for individuals and businesses wanting to support mental health.
Workshops
Hands-on, nature-based workshops for all ages

From curious kids to aged care residents, our workshops are designed to spark connection, creativity, and calm through nature. Whether it's exploring textures in the garden, creating nature based art, or simply slowing down to notice the world around us, each workshop is tailored to suit the needs of the group.

We’ve delivered sessions in schools, community centres, and aged care homes — including Surfside Caravan Park, Camperdown Community House, and local residential facilities. Every workshop offers a gentle invitation to reconnect with the natural world in a way that’s accessible, inclusive, and meaningful.
